01 / TEMPERATURE & DRYING

Material Settings

What are the recommended printing temperatures?

Are these optimized for high-speed printers?

For our high-speed PLA, print at 190°C–220°C. For PETG, we recommend 230°C–250°C. Carbon Fiber composites perform best at 240°C–260°C with a hardened steel nozzle.

Yes. Our custom formulations feature high melt-flow indexes specifically engineered to maintain dimensional stability and uniform extrusion at speeds exceeding 300mm/s on modern coreXY systems.

Do NEXFILA filaments require pre-drying?

What is the dimensional tolerance?

While all spools are shipped vacuum-sealed with desiccant, PETG and Carbon Fiber are highly hygroscopic. We recommend drying PETG at 65°C and Carbon Fiber at 75°C for 4–6 hours before printing.

We maintain a strict ±0.02mm dimensional tolerance across every spool. This precision is monitored continuously during extrusion using dual-axis laser measurement systems.

Orders & Support

How does the zero-clog guarantee work?

Do you offer bulk or industrial pricing?

If you experience a nozzle clog caused by dimensional deviation or winding overlapping within 30 days of purchase, we will replace the spool free of charge.

Yes. For R&D labs, print farms, and educational institutions requiring monthly batches over 10kg, we offer custom pricing. Contact our support team for bulk inquiries.

Where do you ship within India?

What is your return policy?

We ship to all major cities and pin codes across India from our warehouse in New Delhi. Express shipping typically delivers within 2–4 business days.

Unopened, vacuum-sealed spools can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is managed by our domestic logistics partners.
